Learn Stress Management Skills

Students face many difficult stressors on top of the ordinary stress of life; such as, financial, relational, academic, transitional, career direction, family, the stress of fitting in, diversity issues, immigration etc….

Together, in a group process oriented approach, we will learn stress management skills in a community. Community increases support and opportunity for connection, helps us normalize our difficult situations, support each other in getting unstuck.

Through mindfulness, somatic tracking, homework exercises, and phone check-in buddies, this group is an invitation to release the habitual tension patterns and together rest in understanding, connection, and practice.

This group is open to students of all ages, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. Our differences are opportunities to see and be seen, to broaden our awareness of the human experience, and deepen our understanding of each other.
